Semi-Automatic Bulk Depalletizer-MOD2000 (NEW)
Our unit is designed in such a way as to offer an
entry level core based semi-automatic unit at a price point that is economical for
low-volume breweries, wineries, distilleries, glass decorators and repack glass
operations. This approach allows the end-user the opportunity to benefit from and
take advantage of utilizing bulk glass, PET or cans in their packaging operations. This core unit
concept can be enhanced with future add-on modules to fully automate the system
as volume demand increases and cash-flow permits. The design is based on many
years of experience in building, rebuilding, and servicing bulk depalletizers and
palletizers in both the glass container manufacturing and packaging industries.
FEATURES:
Off loads aluminum, plastic or glass containers
Discharges containers onto a mass-flow mat bed conveyor which transports
the containers to an outfeed take away conveyor that can be customer
supplied or as an option be supplied by EMI along with a single filer(many
configurations possible).
Built as a modular platform for future integration of add-on components to
further automate the depalletizing process and increase container throughput.
The unit is capable of running, with manual adjustments, both metric
1,000mm x 1,200mm and North American 44” x 56” bulk pallets
