Required Skills / Abilities
Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and excellent problem solving skills
Candidates should have training and experience in mechanical field, experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems preferred
Able to read electrical schematics
Basic computer skills
Supply your own hand tools
Excellent customer relations skills
Dependable, ethical, honest, self-starter with the ability to work independently
Available for weekend, and after hours work
Works well under pressure
Maintains control and calm attitude
Able to take control of a scene and coordinate responsibilities to ensure safety and successes of task

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma and a minimum of two years of specialized schooling or related experience or training is required.
Knowledge of sheet metal forming, manufacturing, welding is a plus.

Field Service Technician (Newton, NC)

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.



  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches to startup and train on equipment supplied by Equipment Manufacturing & Integration
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers


  • Proven field service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • English literacy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, be available for overnight travel and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  • Technical degree or certification
